Zander is a founding member of United Against Malnutrition and Hunger. For the last six years he has consulted for a range of charities and foundations including working on malnutrition for the Eleanor Crook and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundations. Zander has served as a Trustee for Comic Relief, Search for Common Ground and Global Citizen and co-founded United for Global Mental Health. He led global campaigns for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and has worked for Oxfam and ONE in London, Brussels, Addis Ababa, and Dakar. As a consultant he has advised former Prime Minister David Cameron, Pandemic Action Network, UN WFP, WHO, Project Everyone, Amnesty International, Wellcome Trust, CIFF and others.
