Stephen Winningham

Stephen Winningham is an international banker who has built and led corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions businesses across Europe, the US, and Asia. He is a trusted adviser to CEOs and Boards of Directors.

He has been deeply involved in corporate strategic acquisitions and complex integration, including hiring, mentoring and, as necessary, managing strategic downsizings in fluctuating markets.

Previous roles include Chairman of Investment Banking and member of the Management Committee at Panmure Gordon, Senior Executive of Corporate Finance-Europe for Houlihan Lokey, where he served on the Global Management Committee and on the Boards of European subsidiaries, Lloyds Banking Group, where he led both the Financial Institutions and FTSE 350 Groups, and Citigroup, where he was Head of Asia M&A and a Group Head in the US.  

Stephen is Chair of the Board of IP Integration, a London-based software company. He is also Co-Founder and Chair of City Harvest London, a charity working to reduce food insecurity and protect the planet by diverting nutritious, in-date surplus food from landfill and redistributing it to those facing food poverty. City Harvest has distributed food for over 55 million healthy free meals since founding 10 years ago.

He is also a Trustee of Paddington Development Trust. Finally, Stephen is a Director and member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees of Cascadia Capital, an M&A firm in the US.

Stephen earned an MBA from Columbia University (Finance and Marketing), a BA from Colgate University, and undertook additional graduate studies in Economics at New York University.
