Sir Graham Stacey KBE CB

AIR MARSHAL (RET’D) SIR GRAHAM STACEY KBE CB had an internationally focussed, military career as a UK Royal Air Force Regiment officer for almost forty years, with his final position being Chief of Staff of NATO Transformation. Previous roles included Deputy Commander of a NATO Joint Force Command, Commander and Administrator of the British Sovereign Base Areas in Cyprus and Senior Advisor to US Central Command. He completed operational service in Bosnia and Herzegovina, The Gulf, Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.

He is currently Policy and Research Director at the European Leadership Network working on Euro Atlantic security and nuclear risk reduction, a Non-Executive Director of the National Centre for Atmospheric Science which studies climate change, air pollution and high impact weather, and a member of the Natural Environment Research Council board overseeing the UK’s facility for airborne atmospheric measurement. Sir Graham also a member of the International Military Council on Climate & Security.
